SALON REOPENING | REETHEBEAUTYBEE

Happy Sunday everyone!

I hope you have enjoyed your weekend!
This weekend has been a super special one for my friend Emily, who this weekend has re-opened her salon Touch of Perfection now relocated in The Horse Shoes, Hop Farm, Paddock Wood in Kent, UK. 

Emily opened the doors of Touch of Perfection in August 2017.
It is a well established and very popular salon, it was originally located in Paddock Wood town centre.
Emily decided to relocate to expand her business as her salon is such a hit with clients, including myself.

I have been coming to Emily for pretty much all of my beauty needs, such as nails, massages, waxing and so much more.
I used to go to different salons before I met Emily and now I will only go to her salon because other salons just don't seem to compare.
Needless to say you are in good hands when you come to this salon.

You are guaranteed a 5 star service when you come to Emily's salon, she will treat you like royalty and give you an experience to remember.
I always enjoy my experiences when I come here, the girls are always super happy and ooze a positive attitude that's infectious! 
My mum, sister and husband have also received amazing treatments by the girls at the salon, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed of course. 

So, Emily had her grand re-opening of Touch of Perfection Saturday 21st January 2017.
The salon had a massive crowd of clients new and current, all who received discounted goodies and treatments, they also enjoyed some fizz on their arrival. 
This reminded me of the time I came to the salon back in 2014 to get my nails done for my wedding and I was looked after so well and given a glass of fizz on arrival too.

 The lovely Lauren was also there on the salon's re-opening night, offering her amazing makeup services and skin care.
Lauren is an amazing, qualified makeup artist that Emily introduced me to for my bridal makeup. 
Lauren did an amazing job on myself, my bridesmaids and my mum on my big day.
She is very affordable and can do any type of makeup that you need, I highly recommend her, and have done recently to a few friends who are getting married or just for a special occasion.

I remember the first time I came to Touch of Perfection, I was working just across the road from them and I decided I'd like to get my eyebrows waxed for the first time. 
As you can probably tell from the warm welcome and outstanding service I received, I've never looked back!
They really listen to what you want and go the extra mile to make you feel relaxed.

Hello there!

I hope you are enjoying your weekend, whatever you're doing.
Today we took our pug George for a walk at our local park with a lot of other pugs! It was a great day and we all got good a muddy.

It will soon be my favourite time of year...Spring! And already I'm seeing lots of posts and videos about "less is more" and I couldn't agree more.

So girls, it's time to put down your war paint and enjoy your natural beautiful skin and features.
Swap your heavy, full coverage foundation for a BB or CC cream, or a tinted moisturiser.
Put down your heavy eyeliner and darker eyeshadow colours and bring out the nudes and natural colours.

One of my favourite looks at this time of year is a soft eye using natural colours and a nude lip. Instead of using black eyeliner, try using browns instead- I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Ditch those fake eyelashes and enhance your own natural lashes with a good mascara, I recommend Benefit's Roller Lash for £19.50 yes, it is on the pricey side but your lashes will thank me, it's amazing.

Eyebrows are getting darker and darker and more and more like lego blocks! Come on girls, it's time to embrace your natural brows! All you need is to enhance them slightly with a similar colour to your natural brow, you can use a pencil or even eye shadow- it's that simple. Follow the natural shape of your eyebrows and enjoy the beautiful features that you have.

It's time to do away with the heavy stuff and bring out the light, natural make-up. You are beautiful just the way you are, enhance those gorgeous features with minimum makeup because this SS17 it's all about Less is More!!
