I hope you're doing well and enjoying this weekend!
I've just got home from seeing my lovely best friends from up North.
It's crazy to think that we've been friends for like 16 years!
We might not see or speak to each other every day, but when we do, there is nothing but love and laughs!
So now that I'm home I thought I'd share a few things with you that I picked up from my visit up north.
We popped into New Look and I spotted these shoes...
They are flat with a T bar strap and buckle fastening with a pointed toe. The straps are leather and the shoe is suede.
They were £15.99 and available in most sizes.
Also from New Look...
I love my choker! It goes with everything! It was £3.99! They have so many different styles and colours but I just wanted a plain black one as I find they are more versatile.
As I were seeing my girls for a girly sleep over I decided to get some new pjs for the occasion!
It actually took me ages to find some that I really like and I couldn't believe how fussy I were being for a pair of pyjamas!
So these are the ones I finally chose...
I'm so glad I chose these pjs- they're so comfy and cute!
They are quite pricey £24.00 but I do think they are worth it. They are good quality, it doesn't feel like a cheap material that will fall apart in the washing machine.
Moving over to Dog fashion...
Here is my baby boy modelling his new bandana from eBay. Too cute!
My friend and I decided to try out Asda's nail polish and were pleasantly surprised when we found that they had a gel range.
I chose George Gel Pro in Nude Pink for £3.00.
The application was OK, it was quite runny in consistence, not like any other gel nail polish I've tried and it had quite a strong odour too. I also found it took quite a long time to dry as I kept smudging or marking it after about ten minutes of application.
However, the final result was good- the nail polish looked nice and very shiny.
It hasn't chipped at all so far, but I'll definitely be putting it to the test this week and will update on my next blog post about how it lasted.
Another Asda purchase was this loungewear jumper for £8.00!
It's so me! I love everything about this jumper and it's super comfy too.
Last but by all means not least- Sleek blush in Rose Gold!
This blush is amazing and I recommend it to everyone! If you're looking to try a new blush- look no further. I am so impressed with this product, prices vary from store to store.
The application is great- it has a golden shimmer which is perfect for the summer and gives your face a beautiful healthy glow.
All of these items should still be available in stores as they are very recent purchases, so go treat yourself!
