So, it's Monday...that came around quick! I hope you've all had a great day at work, school or wherever you are!
In today's blog I thought I'd chat about foundations and show you a few that I have used which are my favourites.
I have rather dry skin so it's always good to find a foundation that's moisturising for me. I do struggle to find foundations that don't cake or cling to dry areas on my face.
So, let's get started!
My first foundation I have chosen for my favourites this month is...
+RimmelLondon Wake Me Up Foundation in the shade "soft beige".
I have been reaching for this foundation a lot lately, it's so simple and easy to apply and the coverage is great.
I like a medium-full coverage at times, especially when my skin decides to break out, well this bad boy does the trick!
The finish is dewy and gives you a beautiful radiant glow, I use two pumps and a buffing brush.
It's great value for money costing under £10.
My next favourite foundation is...
+Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation in "desert beige"
What can I say about this foundation? It's amazing! A few friends were raving about this foundation so I thought I'd give it a try.
Well now I can see what all the hype is about!
The coverage is great and it leaves your skin flawless and airbrushed.
This foundation does not budge- it literally stays on your face all day without reapplying. It is on the pricey side and can cost around £23.
Coming up next...
+RimmelLondon Match Perfection in the shade "classic beige".
Again, amazing value for money, this foundation will cost you under £10 to purchase.
I am in fact using this foundation right now and I am loving it.
The coverage is build-able from a medium to full coverage, it's moisturising and smells lovely.
It's a pump dispenser which keeps everything neat and tidy.
I would recommend this foundation for anyone wanting to try a new foundation at a bargain price.
I've also been loving....
The Miracle Cushion by +Lancome in the shade "beige peche"
So, the lady who sold this to me was super friendly and amazingly helpful.
This foundation is very different from the other foundations I have used.
I tend to reach for this foundation in the Spring/Summer seasons when the weather is getting warmer and I go for a light-medium coverage.
The coverage is build-able and you could achieve the full coverage if you wanted to.
What I love about this product is that it is refillable, you just take it back to Lancome and they fill it up for you! How cool is that?
This foundation is on the pricey side of £30, although it is a really great product.
So there we have it, my favourite foundations!
I hope you enjoyed this blog and you might try out some of these products.
Lots of love
